I just had to take my new purse for a stroll around the City today. Though when I get something new that I really love, I'm always afraid I'm going to ruin it immediately. Like falling head first into a muddy puddle or something. Luckily there was no such incident and we made it home safely!
I've owned the bird necklace for a few years now, I bought it in LA at the now defunct Kaviar and Kind. However, Kathy Rose (formally of K and K) has an amazing new store named Roseark, with all kinds of delectable jewels on offer. The spike earrings are Pamela Love
This dress by The Reformation makes me feel feminine and girly, but the open back and splits in the front bring a bit of naughty spice to the look. Meow!
I'm a big fan of chunky sandals, something with a bit of meat on the bones. These
ones by Dolce Vita fit the bill.

DeleteYou are amazingly beautiful and with great fashion sense. Are those the streets of London?
ReplyDeleteThank you. These are the streets of New York, the streets of London are paved with the Olympics right now. Wish I was there! Though New york isn't too shabby!
DeleteGotta love the sandals, everything just fits, as usual.
ReplyDeleteThanks Mahmood. I'm really into a more substantial sandal these days. It's almost a shoe.
DeleteI think you have bought the perfect colour of bag, I always think i would go for classic black, but this just looks ace :)
ReplyDeleteI do the same with something new or something i love so much, i always think it will get lost or damaged! I think it stems from when I got my first pair of Nike Air Jordan as a kid, i fell down the stairs the first day I wore them and scratched all the leather down the back - was literally devastated, haha!
Thanks! I think that when making your first expensive purchase no matter what the brand, it's smarter to go with the classic version. My first Chanel was black. Once you've got that in the bag (pardon the pun!) you can play around with whatever tickles your fancy!
DeleteI think I must've had a similar nightmare ruining something in the past, though I can't remember what it was!
