WANT

These Cayenne Alexander Wang Oxford's are calling my name. Begging to come home with me. But after a few big purchases recently, can I go there? Argh! For now I'll just ogle them from afar!

I think if Dorothy found herself in Oz today, these might be her new Ruby slippers. Did I mention they're actually called "Ruby?"
There's no place like home, there's no place like home...I want to bring them home, I want to bring them home! ; )

MISTER MR

I love a wedding. I am a guarantee for balling like a baby in the aisle's every time. This was true of our friend's Steven and James' nuptials in Palm Springs this summer. The boys looked so handsome in their Gucci tux's, as did Mr. Sykes in his dapper ensemble. Here are a couple of snapshots taken on the day. I wish we'd taken more detailed shots, but we were too busy snapping the grooms!

BRAIDY BUNCH

I used to give my Mum such hell as she tried to braid my wild hair on a Sunday night before school. Oh I hated it! So Mama Bear laughed her ass off when I started wearing my hair in braided styles as an adult.
I think braids are so pretty, and there are tons of different ways to style them out. Sexy secretary, disheveled Botticelli, urban chic, or good old Heidi, there's a braid for all of us. What's your favorite type of braid?

SANTA MARIA NOVELLA

My friend James introduced me to Santa Maria Novella a few years ago. Established a little after 1221, by Italian monks, it is one of the oldest pharmacies in the world. All the ingredients are natural and smell exquisite. Rose, Jasmine, Mint, Lavender, Pomegranate, oh yeah! They have products for men, women, children, and the home.
Here are some of the SMN products I especially like.

MEANWHILE AT THE LAKE

So in the States they call this a jumper, but in England a jumper is a sweater. This would be called a jumpsuit back in Blighty. I think...if I'm honest, I'm struggling to remember. Can anyone clarify?

For now I'm just going to call it Hail, since that's what my friends at The Reformation named it (they name all the pieces). I think the lace detail down the legs is so pretty. My rings, earrings and bracelet are all Pamela Love.

NAIL IT

I still have a few weeks left shooting this season of White Collar, it really feels like it's flown by this year.

As much as I love my time in New York, I'm looking forward to getting back to our home in LA. I have a million house projects I want to get into, which I'll share with you once I get back. But for now I'm thinking about my nails.

My character on the show doesn't mess around with manicures, so I have fun with my toe color when I'm working. Right now I'm rocking a yellow gold glitter Calgel from Sakura Nail Spa (try saying that after a couple of cocktails!) here in NY. I haven't quite figured out how to photograph feet attractively, so you'll have to use your imagination!

I always manage to smudge my manicure before I make it to the car, so Calgel is perfect for me. It lasts 2-3 weeks and any design you imagine can pretty much be done.

Here are some ideas I'm thinking about for the minute I wrap Season 4.
